Healthcare Navigation

Access to healthcare should be simple and seamless. The Dublin Wellness Alliance helps residents connect with trusted providers, community clinics and wellness resources across Dublin.

From understanding insurance options to finding preventative care and local support services, we provide the guidance you need to make informed health decisions for you and your family.

Community Wellness Navigator

Developed through the Dublin Wellness Alliance in partnership with Syntero, the Community Wellness Navigator is a role serving as a resource for Dublin residents, connecting them with trusted providers, health/social services and community resources.

The Community Wellness Navigator can connect residents to resources and information in areas such as food, housing, health care, transportation, employment, education, legal services and other services to meet basic needs.

Whether you’re looking for medical care, mental health support or general wellness resources, the Community Wellness Navigator can help guide you.

Residents can meet with the Community Wellness Navigator at the Dublin Community Recreation Center during drop-in hours on Tuesdays from 4 to 6 p.m. and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to noon, beginning May 5.

The Navigator can also be reached by phone at 614.889.5722, ext: 811 or by email at communitywellnessnavigator@syntero.org during drop-in hours.
