Background

The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is a systematic process for identifying, analyzing and prioritizing community health needs and creating a strategic action plan.

The CHNA is a unique and holistic evaluation of the City’s health and well-being. Initial findings from the assessment were presented to Dublin City Council on May 20, 2024. Read the report to learn more about Dublin’s community health! 

Strategic Action Plan

This plan reflects the current objectives of the Advisory Committee’s work groups, which are subject to change. As with any plan, the objectives and associated action steps represent what is known today. The objectives and action steps may change as the work evolves.
